“…The Lord Called To Moses…”
“The Lord called to Moses and spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, saying,” Leviticus 1:1 (AMP)
Today we enter a new book of the Bible, the book of Leviticus, for many this book of sacred rituals and sacrifice proves eerie, but because of God’s goodness the Lord introduces us to His holiness, He introduces us to Himself, His holy nature and character. He teaches worship to the children of Israel and we experience God through and by His relationship with Moses, the scripture says, The Lord called to Moses and spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, saying,
Today as we take a moment in prayer, let’s be reminded that the Lord God calls to us, just as with Moses. As we take time in our prayers let’s remember that he Lord God desires to speak with us from the tent of meeting. We may not have a physical tabernacle, but the Lord ministers to us from the Tabernacle of our hearts!
So today, take time to listen, take time to be still and hear the call from the Lord, just as our scripture says, The Lord called to Moses and spoke to him from the Tent of Meeting, saying,
