“…Take Aaron and His Sons…”
“Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments [which are symbols of their office], and the anointing oil, and the bull for the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread;” Leviticus 8:2 (AMP)
Today we are reading in the 8th Chapter of the book of Leviticus. In this chapter we learn and we experience through Moses the consecration of Aaron and his sons, the scripture says, “Take Aaron and his sons with him, and the garments [which are symbols of their office], and the anointing oil, and the bull for the sin offering, and the two rams, and the basket of unleavened bread;
Today as we take a moment in prayers be reminded that God does the consecrating, be reminded that God does the sanctifying, and as we read about the consecration of Aaron and his sons, let’s honor God in prayer thanking Him fully and wholly for the consecration and for the sanctification of His priest.
Today let’s allow the Lord to minister in our lives and souls the essence of His consecration as we see through Moses in God’s word the consecration of Aaron and his sons as priest unto the Lord, as we see in scripture which tells us Moses was obedient to the command of the Lord, as he went to, Take Aaron and his sons!
