“…So The Priests Could Not Stand…”
“so the priests could not stand [in their positions] to minister because of the cloud, for the glory and brilliance of the Lord had filled the Lord’s house (temple).” 1 Kings 8:11 (AMP)
Today our scripture leads us to focus solely and completely on the presence of God, as we take a moment today our scripture reminds us when it says, so the priests could not stand [in their positions] to minister because of the cloud, for the glory and brilliance of the Lord had filled the Lord’s house (temple).
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, we know the concerns and burdens on our hearts, we know what issues and concerns press us the most, but today in our scripture it reminds us, I believe to lay aside those burdens, lay aside those issues and concerns and focus solely and completely on the presence of God!
Let us fully understand as the scripture declares, so the priest could not stand!
