“Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)Blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who fears the Lord [with awe-inspired reverence and worships Him with obedience],Who delights greatly in His commandments.” Psalm 112:1 (AMP)
Today the Lord continues to lead us through the book of Psalms and He ministers to our heart and life about reverential fear of the Lord, not carnal fear but fear of the Lord that leads to awe-inspired reverence, worship, and obedience, the scripture says, Praise the Lord! (Hallelujah!)Blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who fears the Lord [with awe-inspired reverence and worships Him with obedience],Who delights greatly in His commandments.
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, let’s remember awe-inspired reverence of the Lord, let’s remember worship and obedience, because God’s word declares Blessed, fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God is the one who fears the Lord. Today in awe-inspired reverence we fear the Lord, declaring, Praise the Lord!
