Simeon’s Prayer

In this episode, we will experience and learn about Simeon and his prayer, the prayer that allowed him to meet Mary, Joseph, and baby Jesus in the temple of God. The scripture tells us that he was a righteous and devout man of Jerusalem and is recognized as one of the first to recognize Jesus as the Messiah. The commentary teaches that it is recognized in the Bible as the presentation of baby Jesus in the temple and the scripture says it was the Holy Spirit that prompted Simeon to go to the temple, where he held the Christ child, while blessing, praising, and thanking God. The Midnight Prayer

The scripture tell us that Paul and Silas were beaten and imprisoned and placed in stocks in the inner prison, but even in the midst of all of the cruelty…injustice…and even as the crowd join the attack…we find Paul and Silas and we come to know and experience The Midnight Prayer., this is where and how we come to know this Midnight Prayerful experience!

The Widow Of Zarephath’s Prayer

In this episode, we will experience and learn about the widow of Zarephath’s prayer. The commentary tell us that she showed great faith even in the most trying and difficult times. The widow of Zarephath help us to become familiar with the life and ministry of the Prophet Elijah. The Prophet Elijah is a major prophet in our Old Testament scripture and we come to see that this widow, the widow of Zarephath provides him food, just before she and her son were to eat their last and final meal, this is where and how we come to know the widow of Zarephath’s Prayerful experience!

The Ethiopian Eunuch’s Prayer

In this episode, we will experience and learn about the Ethiopian Eunuch, his desire for God, and his reach for salvation, as he encounter Apostle Philip on a desert road. The Ethiopian Eunuch had traveled to Jerusalem to worship God and on his way home as he was reading from the scroll of the Prophet Isaiah, an angel of the Lord sends Apostle Philip to join the Ethiopian Eunuch in his chariot. In this divine interaction the Ethiopian Eunuch is reading the word of God, he was asked by the Apostle Philip if he could understand what he was reading, his response was how can I understand unless someone guide me correctly, Apostle Philip preached the message of Jesus Christ, explaining Christ as the promised Messiah and source of salvation , when they came upon some water and he asked what forbids me from being baptized, the Apostle Philip responses and declares, if you believe with all your heart you may be baptized, this is where and how we come to know the Ethiopian Eunuch and his prayerful experience!

The Fiery Furnace Prayer

In this episode, we will experience and learn about Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace, their faith, and prayerful occasion. Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were young, wise, handsome Jewish men taken captive to Babylon, where they were appointed over the administration of the providence of Babylon. They remained devote in their faith to God and they lived consecrated lives. They defied King Nebuchadnezzar, the scripture tells us they did not serve Nebuchadnezzar’s gods or worship the golden image which he had set up. This is how we encounter Shadrach Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace in and with and through their prayerful occasion!

Zaccheus’s Prayer

In this episode, we will experience and learn about Zaccheus and his prayerful encounter. Zaccheus the scripture identifies as a notorious sinner, a chief tax collector, and a cheat who gains his riches from over taxing the Jewish people. The scripture says that he was short in stature and that he climbed a sycamore tree to see Jesus. Christ called him a spiritual son of Abraham, declaring that salvation has come to him and his entire household. This is how we encounter Zaccheus in and with and through his prayerful encounter!

Nicodemus’s Prayer

In this episode, we will experience and learn about Nicodemus and his prayerful conversation. Nicodemus the scripture says was a respected Jewish teacher, a Pharisee and member of the Sanhedrin. Also, the commentary shares that he is mentioned in the gospel of John three times once to seek Jesus at night, once to speak for justice, and once to honor Christ body for burial. The divine significance the commentary reminds us is how Jesus teaches Nicodemus, you must be born again. This account of scripture in the Amplified Bible tells us and identifies Nicodemus as asking Christ a question in his prayerful conversation… this is how we encounter Nicodemus in and with and through this prayerful conversation!

Abigail’s Prayer

In this episode, we will experience and learn about Abigail and her prayerful conversation. Abigail was the wife of Nabal a Calebite whom the scripture says was harsh and evil in his dealings. The scripture introduces us to Abigail as intelligent and as having a beautiful appearance. When she encountered King David and his four hundred men of war, who were set to annihilate her husband Nabal, and instead King David declared a blessing for her discretion and discernment because it stopped him from bloodshed. The commentary has identified Abigail as the peacemaker. This is how we encounter Abigail’s prayerful conversation!

Isaac’s Prayer

In this episode, we will experience and learn about Isaac and his prayer. Isaac the second patriarch of the Holy Bible, he is the fulfillment of God’s promise to Father Abraham. The commentary calls Isaac a miracle in the flesh, because Abraham and Sarah did not have Isaac until they were well up in age. Isaac continued Abraham’s line, his name means laughter, many believe it is because his mother Sarah laughed at the news she would give birth in her old age. Isaac a child of the promise as the commentary mentions follows the Lord, he marries his wife Rebekah and they have twin boys Esau and Jacob, there is favoritism between the two.…Esau the hunter a man of the field, and Jacob a quiet man dwelling in tents… this is how we encounter Isaac’s prayer!

Queen Esther’s Prayer!

In this episode, we will experience and learn about Queen Esther and her prayer. Queen Esther is known for her beauty, she is known for the decree, for such a time as this. The commentary reminds that she was Queen over Persia and Medes and that she risked her life to save God’s people. Queen Esther is known as an orphan raised by her uncle Mordecai. Mordecai tells Queen Esther to seek the face of the King, King Ahasuerus, whom had not summoned for the Queen for thirty days. For the sake of the Jewish people, Queen Esther breaks the law by going before the King without being summoned and she seeks the favor of King Ahasuerus… this is how we encounter Queen Esther’s virtuous prayer!

Simeon’s Prayer

Simeon as the commentary shares is a just and devout man of Jerusalem, and he is a key component in the presentation of Jesus at the Temple. The account of scripture in the Amplified Bible reminds us and identifies Simeon as righteous and devout, carefully observing the divine law, looking for the consolation of Israel and the Holy Spirit was upon him… this is how we encounter Simeon’s prayer!

The Twelve Long Year’s Prayer

In this episode, we will experience and learn about the woman with the issue of blood, the commentary tells us her name is unknown, she was sick for twelve long years, suffering and had spent all she had to only grow worst, and in an instance because of her faith, she was made whole. The commentary remind us that she was desperate for a miracle. She didn’t have fame or fortune, she was desperate and thronged in a crowd, all she had was, if I could just touch the hem of His garment. We don’t know much about the woman with the issue of blood, but we do know she had suffered for twelve long years and was desperate for a miracle, this is where and how we come to know the twelve long years prayerful experience!
