“…Then The King Told Zadok…”
“Then the king told Zadok, “Take the ark of God back to [its rightful place in] the city [of Jerusalem, the capital]. If I find favor in the Lord’s sight, He will bring me back again and let me see both it and His dwelling place (habitation).” 2 Samuel 15:25 (AMP)
Today we continue in the book of 2 Samuel, the Lord shows us King David fleeing from his son Absalom, but David ensures the rightful place of the ark of God, the scripture shares, “Then the king told Zadok, “Take the ark of God back to [its rightful place in] the city [of Jerusalem, the capital]. If I find favor in the Lord’s sight, He will bring me back again and let me see both it and His dwelling place (habitation).”
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, today’s verse reminds us that no matter what we are facing, our heart should be in its rightful place with God, today God’s word declares, The King Told Zadok!
