“For out of Jerusalem will come a remnant and from Mount Zion a band of survivors. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.”

In today’s verse we find ourselves viewing King Hezekiah’s turmoil. He has been deathly threatened by a wicked neighboring King. He went to the Prophet Isaiah to ask prayer and he was threatened again, so he went into prayer himself and the Lord responded, “For out of Jerusalem will come a remnant and from Mount Zion a band of survivors. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this.”
Today as we take a moment to reflect in prayer on God and the obstacles and challenges we face in life, let’s be reminded of this promise to King Hezekiah that because of his prayer, The zeal of the Lord Of Host Will Do This!
Today we petition God for His zeal, the zeal of the Lord that utterly conquers our enemies and cause us to overcome every obstacle and challenge!
