…Send For The Wailing Women To Come…
“Thus says the Lord of hosts, “Consider and call for the mourning women to come; Send for the wailing women to come.”
Jeremiah 9:17 (Amp)
As we work our way through the book of Jeremiah we come to the place of the wailing women, those who solemnly mourn for the condition of God’s people and their relationship with God. Their relationship and their emotional, spiritual, and physical condition was so bad, God calls for the women to mourn, scripture says, Thus says the Lord of hosts, “Consider and call for the mourning women to come; Send for the wailing women to come.
Today as we take a moment in prayer, we soberly move to petition God for our relationship with Him and our conditions.
Let us be mindful of our conditions and relationship with Him and let us allow God to use us to wail in prayers so that our conditions and our relationship no longer require God to send for the wailing women!
Let God allow our lives to please Him!
