…The Latter Glory of This House Will Be Greater…
“The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and in this place I shall give [the ultimate] peace and prosperity,’ declares the Lord of hosts.” Haggai 2:9 (Amp)
In today’s verse we find the Prophet Haggai sharing with God’s people hope and promise. He declares to the people God’s Word as captured in scripture which says, The latter glory of this house will be greater than the former,’ says the Lord of hosts, ‘and in this place I shall give [the ultimate] peace and prosperity,’ declares the Lord of hosts.
Today as we enter into prayer, let’s be mindful of God’s hope and His promises. He is the Lord of Hosts and His desire as declared through the Prophet Haggai is for the latter glory of God’s Temple to be greater than the former and in this place God will give the ultimate peace and prosperity!
As we pray today let’s declare God’s latter glory be greater than the former, let’s pray that He gives ultimate peace and prosperity!
