“…Hear O Israel…”
“Hear, O Israel! You are crossing the Jordan today to go in to dispossess nations greater and more powerful than you, great cities fortified to heaven,” Deuteronomy 9:1 (AMP)
Today we continue in the book of Deuteronomy and we hear the Lord give the children of Israel a command and a charge to complete an assignment, the scripture says, “Hear, O Israel! You are crossing the Jordan today to go in to dispossess nations greater and more powerful than you, great cities fortified to heaven,
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, understand that God has given us all a command and a charge to complete an assignment, just as the children of Israel. It may not be to dispossess nations greater and more powerful, or great cities fortified to heaven, but He did provide the Great Commission and the Great Commandment.
Let us in our prayers be encouraged in the Lord, let us in our prayers hear o Israel!
