In this episode, we will experience and learn about the Servant Girl and her prayer, often times this little girl is referred to as Naaman’s servant girl, through scripture, we come to learn about her as the commentary reminds us that she brought healing and faith in God, it reminds us that she was faithful even though she was taken captive from the land of Israel, The scripture says by a band of Syrian raiders, and through her prayer experience she desires healing for her Syrian master Naaman who is a leper. The Alabaster Box Prayer
In this episode, we will experience and learn about the woman with the alabaster box, where we come to learn through scripture and are reminded in the commentary, that she was the first person to tell the Good News as the first to witness Jesus’s empty tomb, she was a disciple that traveled with Christ and supported Jesus’s ministry, a witness to His cruxificion and His burial, a divine example of what I call a wordless prayer, a prayer without words offered through her divine action..… this is where and how we come to know of the woman with the alabaster box and her Prayerful experience!
Job’s Prayer
In this episode, we will experience and learn about Job and his prayer, the commentary says he is depicted as a man tested by God, he was a man the scripture says from the land of Uz who was blameless and upright, a man who feared God, the Amplified Bible says Job feared God with reverence and Job abstained from and turned away from evil because he honored God. Job in this instance has lost all he had, his children, his cattle, his crops, and his wife said curse God and die. Job in his loss and suffering with excuriciating boils covering his entire body, Job’s friends show up to comfort and console him in his grave suffering, but instead they ridicule, persecute and accuse him.… this is where and how we come to know Job and his Prayerful experience!
