The Daughters of Zelophehad…
“The request of the daughters of Zelophehad is justified. You shall certainly give them a possession as an inheritance among their father’s brothers, and you shall transfer their father’s inheritance to them.” Numbers 27:7 (Amp)
In this chapter we learn about the request from the Daughters of Zelophehad, in a male dominated culture, in adherence to the strictest religious observances the five daughters stepped forward to honor their father and Request his portion, his rightful inheritance…
How does that apply to us today?
If we are children of God, and we are! Then let us not fail in asking, let us not fail in making such a bold and audacious Request!
Today let’s take a moment and make the request, just as the Daughters of Zelophehad!
