“…By This Faith You Are Saved…”
“By this faith you are saved [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, and set apart for His purpose], if you hold firmly to the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain [just superficially and without complete commitment].” 1 Corinthians 15:2 (Amp)
Today we land in the 15th chapter of 1 Corinthians, the 2nd verse tells us that by this faith we are saved, faith in the good news of Jesus Christ, the good news of salvation, scripture says, By this faith you are saved [reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, and set apart for His purpose], if you hold firmly to the word which I preached to you, unless you believed in vain [just superficially and without complete commitment].
Let’s take heart, and let’s remain assured that our faith in the good news of the gospel, the good news of salvation is affirmed in Christ Jesus, in God’s preached Word.
As we take time in our prayers, let us move to that place of faith, let us live in that place of faith, reborn from above—spiritually transformed, renewed, and set apart for His purpose], so that we can declare for ourselves and others, by this faith you are saved!
