“…You Shall Not Go Outside…”
“You shall not go outside the doorway of the Tent of Meeting for seven days, until the days of your consecration (ordination) are ended; for it will take seven days to consecrate you.” Leviticus 8:33 (AMP)
Today we continue in the book of Leviticus, the book that ministers God’s laws, it teaches us about holiness, as God’s word declares, “You shall not go outside the doorway of the Tent of Meeting for seven days, until the days of your consecration (ordination) are ended; for it will take seven days to consecrate you.”
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, we understand that it is God who sanctifies and it is God who consecrates, and here in this account of scripture it took seven days to consecrate Aaron and his sons, today we pray God consecrate our hearts and lives for His service, we pray He leads our lives to meet with Him in the tent of meeting, as His word declares, You Shall Not Go Outside!
