“…Write The Vision…”

“Then the Lord answered me and said, “Write the vision And engrave it plainly on [clay] tablets So that the one who reads it will run.” Habakkuk 2:2 (Amp)

In today’s verse, we encounter a conversation between God and the Prophet Habakkuk. According to scripture Habakkuk asked a question and God responded, scripture says, Then the Lord answered me and said, “Write the vision And engrave it plainly on [clay] tablets So that the one who reads it will run.

The direction and guidance of the Lord is clear, we are to Write the vision, we are to engrave the vision plainly on clay tablets, so that the one who reads it will run!

Today let our prayers and our petitions be for God to continue to reveal His divine vision, so that we can indeed write His vision, so that we can indeed engrave His vision plainly, and so that others may read it and run with what God has given!

Let’s honor God and His Word, let’s pray for God’s vision, the engraving, and for those that read it and run!
