“…But Joseph Said To Them…”
“But Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? [Vengeance is His, not mine.]” Genesis 50:19 (AMP)
Today we come to the very last chapter in the Book of Beginnings, the book of Genesis and it teaches us about God, it teaches us about love, honor, and forgiveness, God’s word declares, “But Joseph said to them, “Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God? [Vengeance is His, not mine.]”
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, I asked the question, why would we harm ourselves by festering on the things designed and purposed to hurt us, harm us, mean us the worst kind of evil? God calls us to prayers, God calls us to worship, He calls us to praise and to divine thanksgiving, so let us not fester, because vengeance is His, as God’s word declare, But Joseph Said To Them!
