… I Know Him Myself…

“I know Him Myself because I am from Him [I came from His very presence] and it was He [personally] who sent Me.”

In today’s verse the dynamics of this time cause you to stop and ponder the intricate details of Jesus’s life and ministry.

This verse comes after his brother’s didn’t believe, after the feast was halfway over and He was teaching in the temple court and many were amazed at His depth of scripture and theology without formal training, after the crowds had questions and the religious elite were trying to kill Him, scripture says He declares, I know Him Myself because I am from Him [I came from His very presence] and it was He [personally] who sent Me.”

Today at a time when the whole world faces a health epidemic, COVID19, a sincere question is at hand, will we and can we stand up in the midst of chaos, threat of destruction, and death and say, I know Him myself because I am from Him…

Let’s take a moment in our prayers and let’s affirm our faith in God and our walk with Him, because we know Him and because we are from Him. Let’s let our light shine for all the world to see. Now is the time to declare faith in God, now is the time to press forward in Him and forward in prayer.

May God continue to enable us and equip us to declare to all the world, I know Him Myself because I am from Him [I came from His very presence] and it was He [personally] who sent Me.
