“…Listen Oh My People…”
“Listen, O my people, to my teaching; Incline your ears to the words of my mouth [and be willing to learn].” Psalm 78:1 (AMP)
Today in the book of Psalms we encounter a poem of Asaph, he reminds us to listen to God’s teachings, he reminds us to incline our ears and be willing to learn of God, the scripture says, Listen, O my people, to my teaching; Incline your ears to the words of my mouth [and be willing to learn].
Today as we take a moment in prayer, we listen, and we incline our ears and are willing to learn, not of the ways of the world, but of God. The Lord tells us plainly through this Poem of Asaph and today we take notice, today we embrace listening, we embrace inclining our ears and be willing to learn of God, God alone and not the ways of the world, because God’s guidance declares, listen oh my people!
