Today we continue through the book of Psalms and it reminds us that we serve a God who does whatever He pleases, the scripture says, Whatever the Lord pleases, He does, In the heavens and on the earth, in the seas and all deeps—
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, God reminds us that He has the power to do whatever He pleases and as we understand God’s divine character, nature, and essence we see that what pleases the Lord lines up with the very essence and nature and character of who God is, He is a righteous God, He is a holy God, omniscient, omnipresent and so much more. He cares so much about us that He commands the heavens and the earth, the seas and all deeps to reconcile us unto Him, to ensure we come to our rightful place in Him, because whatever the Lord pleases!
