“…For The High And Exalted One…”
“For the high and exalted One He who inhabits eternity, Whose name is Holy says this, “I dwell on the high and holy place, But also with the contrite and humble in spirit In order to revive the spirit of the humble And to revive the heart of the contrite [overcome with sorrow for sin].” Isaiah 57:15 AMP
The book of the Prophet Isaiah is absolutely amazing, the richness of the book leads us to encounter the fullness of God, today the Lord God reminds us of the High and Exalted One, our verse says, “For the high and exalted One He who inhabits eternity, Whose name is Holy says this, “I dwell on the high and holy place, But also with the contrite and humble in spirit In order to revive the spirit of the humble And to revive the heart of the contrite [overcome with sorrow for sin].”
Today as we take a moment in our prayers God sits in the high and holy place, and we seek Him in our humble and contriteness, we seek in prayers that He continues to revive the humble, that He continues to revive the heart of the contrite overcome with sorrow for sin. Today we thank God that He revives, we thank God that He considers the humble and the contrite heart, as the Word declares, for the High and Exalted One!
