“…He Defended The Cause…”
“He defended the cause of the afflicted and needy; Then all was well. Is that not what it means to know Me?” Says the Lord.” Jeremiah 22:16 (AMP)
Today as we continue in the Prophetic book of Jeremiah, the scripture reminds us in a glimpse what it means to know God, the scripture says, “He defended the cause of the afflicted and needy; Then all was well. Is that not what it means to know Me?” Says the Lord.”
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, are we called to defend the cause of the afflicted and the needy, this is how all goes well, this is what it means to know God, it’s not to achieve accolades, it’s not to obtain worldly favor and admiration, but it’s the grace to know what it means to know God, it’s the grace to defend the needy and the afflicted, it is the grace for all to go well, as the scripture declares, he defended the cause!
