“…How Is The Wood Of The Grapevine…”
““Son of man, how is the wood of the grapevine (Israel) better than any wood of a branch which is among the trees of the forest?” Ezekiel 15:2 (AMP)
Today we are graced to further experience the book of Ezekiel, and the depth of this book help us to see and experience God in the life of the Prophet Ezekiel. Today the Lord reminds Ezekiel of the wood of the grapevine. The grapevine is Israel who have because of their sins angered God, caused God as the scripture says, to set His face against Israel, our verse ask, ““Son of man, how is the wood of the grapevine (Israel) better than any wood of a branch which is among the trees of the forest?”
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, the Lord has asked the question, how is the wood of the grapevine, and yes this is speaking of Israel during Bible times, but we take this to heart, we need the wood of the grapevine to be of great value to God, to be of great usefulness to God. We are thankful to God that Christ Jesus is the True Vine and we are the branches, we are thankful to God today as He’s ask the Prophet Ezekiel, ““Son of man, how is the wood of the grapevine (Israel) better than any wood of a branch which is among the trees of the forest?”
