“…I Searched For A Man…”
“I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for [the sake of] the land, that I would not destroy it, but I found no one [not even one].” Ezekiel 22:30 (AMP)
Today we continue with the Prophet Ezekiel, this rich and powerful account of scripture reminds us of how God deals with sin, the scripture says, “I searched for a man among them who would build up the wall and stand in the gap before Me for [the sake of] the land, that I would not destroy it, but I found no one [not even one].”
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, as God searches for the one, let us be that one, let us ask for grace to stand in the gap, let us rebuild the wall of righteousness, let us stand for God and the things of God, so that the anger of God does not kindle towards man again, as the Lord declares, I searched for a man!
