“…Go To Nineveh…”
“Go to Nineveh, that great city, and proclaim [judgment] against it, for their wickedness has come up before Me.” Jonah 1:2 (AMP)
Today the Lord takes us into the book of Jonah, and our verse shares with us Jonah’s assignment from the Lord, it shares the word of the Lord that came to Jonah the son of Amittai, it says, “Go to Nineveh, that great city, and proclaim [judgment] against it, for their wickedness has come up before Me.”
Today as we take a moment in our prayers, let’s be mindful to seek the heart of God, let’s be mindful to pray God’s heart, to pray the word of the Lord, even if the word of the Lord declares judgment against a great city because of their wickedness that has come up before the Lord, especially if it declares Go to Nineveh!
