“…Then Jesus Said To The Centurion…”
“Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go; it will be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was restored to health at that very hour.” Matthew 8:13 (AMP)
Today we continue in the gospel of Matthew and in this instance the Lord God shows us what I call dynamic faith, he shows in His word and He makes a point to reveal it to His disciples. Today Jesus responds to the centurion, a Roman commander in charge of a century, 100 military soldiers, the scripture declares, “Then Jesus said to the centurion, “Go; it will be done for you as you have believed.” And the servant was restored to health at that very hour.”
Today the Lord shows us dynamic faith, the centurion asked Jesus to heal his servant, and as Jesus was ready to go to the centurion’s home, the centurion declared I am not worthy, I have people under me and they go, and come and do what I say, Jesus just say the word. Today as we take a moment in our prayers, we need dynamic faith, we need to know that we serve a God who can just say the word, because we know, then Jesus said to the centurion!
