…Chimham Shall Cross Over With Me…
“The king answered, “Chimham shall cross over with me, and I will do for him what seems good to you; and whatever you ask of me, I will do for you.”

In this chapter King David is re-entering Jerusalem after his son Absalom snatched the kingdom, a crucial moment. He returns, but before he returns a loyal family offers their member to serve the King, Chimham.
Until this point critical events occurred, things I believe were the cause of this crucial moment. Nevertheless, families were still willing and committed to serve and honor King David, in this instance Chimham a Gileadite was offered.
Today lets take a moment, lets reflect on those the Lord has lead into our lives, our Chimham’s. Let’s pray that we as King David be enabled to offer good!
