“…For the One With us is greater than the one with him…”
“Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be dismayed because of the king of Assyria, nor because of all the army that is with him; for the One with us is greater than the one with him.”
2 Chronicles 32:7 (Amp)
Here in our verse today, we hear the charge of King Hezekiah to all of Israel, declaring that the One With us is greater than the one with him. This is after God’s chosen people consecrated, repented, and returned to the Lord, after Sennacherib the Assyrian King invaded Judah and was posing a grave threat.
Today let’s take a moment, reflect on King Hezekiah’s charge and his declaration. Petition God, just as King Hezekiah and all of Israel, as the One with us against our enemy, against our Sennacherib!
Let us in prayer declare, the One with us is greater than the one with him!
