“…The Reward Of Humility…”

“The reward of humility [that is, having a realistic view of one’s importance] and the [reverent, worshipful] fear of the Lord Is riches, honor, and life.” Proverbs 22:4 (Amp)

Today we learn about the reward of humility, in this world this virtue is less honored and rarely present. This verse tells us about humility and it’s rewards, it tells us we are to be realistic about our importance with earnest awe and reverence for God, in this we find His riches, His honor, and His Life.

Today let’s take a moment, let’s reflect on the virtue of humility, let’s petition God not only for riches, honor, and life but for what He deems worthy of His reward, Humility!
