…Son Of Man Eat This Scroll…

“He said to me, “Son of man, eat this scroll that I am giving you and fill your stomach with it.” So I ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth.” Ezekiel 3:3 (Amp)

As we move into the book of Ezekiel, we read about God’s glorious splendor. We encounter God’s four living beings and Ezekiel answers his prophetic call. Then God calls the son of man to eat the scroll, fill his stomach with it and Ezekiel says it taste as sweet as honey in his mouth.

Today as we take a moment in our prayers, let’s reflect on the prophetic nature of God, let’s pray and petition God to bring us to eat His scroll and fill out stomachs with His Divine Word which is as sweet as honey in our mouth.

Let’s take in God’s Word, His scroll to experience His sweet as honey taste, as we live to share and experience God’s Word which says, “He said to me, “Son of man, eat this scroll that I am giving you and fill your stomach with it.” So I ate it, and it was as sweet as honey in my mouth.”
