…I Will Make You A Name And A Praise…
“At that time I will bring you in, Yes, at the time I gather you together; For I will make you a name and a praise Among all the peoples of the earth When I restore your fortunes [and freedom] before your eyes,” Says the Lord.” Zephaniah 3:20 (Amp)
In today’s verse God is speaking to a people who have been exiled, who have suffered, and who have been oppressed. The scripture says in the book of the prophet Zephaniah, At that time I will bring you in, Yes, at the time I gather you together; For I will make you a name and a praise Among all the peoples of the earth When I restore your fortunes [and freedom] before your eyes,” Says the Lord.”
Today in our prayers, let’s focus on God’s time of restoration, His time where He brings us in, His time where He gathers us together and make for us a name and a praise, His time when He restores our fortunes and freedom before our eyes.
Let our prayers and our petition be for God’s time, let our prayers be in anticipation of His divine restoration of our fortunes and freedom, His time where our eyes see, for I will make you a name and a praise among all the peoples of the earth!
