“…Eagles Wings…”
“You yourselves have seen what I did to Egypt and how I carried you on eagles wings and brought you to myself.” Exodus 19:4 (NIV)
When I think of eagle wings I see strength and speed encompassed with love and protection.
But in spite of all that God hath done still the Israelites are blaming Moses when their is difficulties and they look back to the life they had in Egypt.
It is so sad they tell Moses that they were brought to the wilderness to die, when in fact they were taken out from the land of Egypt to a better place, and their only condition is trust and obedience.
That’s Not a difficult task, but it’s hard to comply because that is our nature since as a child.
Thank you Lord for the patience and perseverance beyond description that is like a parent, who in spite of our child’s disobedience we still love and treasure our children and always look for ways that is best for them.
