“…With This In View…”
“With this in view, we constantly pray for you, that our God will count you worthy of your calling [to faith] and with [His] power fulfill every desire for goodness, and complete [your] every work of faith,” 2 Thessalonians 1:11 (Amp)
Today we are in the second book of Thessalonians and Apostle Paul continues this letter, encouraging the Thessalonian Church to continue in courage and consistent faith as he clears up confusion about the second coming of Christ. It is imperative that we make our election sure (2 Ptr 1:10). It is imperative that we live for Christ until the day He returns, so as our scripture says, With this in view, we constantly pray for you, that our God will count you worthy of your calling [to faith] and with [His] power fulfill every desire for goodness, and complete [your] every work of faith,
Today as we take a moment in our prayers and as the world, not only America attempt to crawl to a new normal, let our faith and persistence and courage be that of the Thessalonian Church, let us strive to persevere in the things of God and in our faith walk!
Let us keep this in view as we remain in constant prayer for each other that God will count us worthy of our call to faith, we are not perfect, but we strive daily in this life long process to get things right before God, so that His power fulfill every desire for goodness and complete our every work of faith, be encouraged in the Lord and May the Lord enable you to keep, with this in view!
