“…For This Is The Covenant…”
“For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel After those days, says the Lord: I will imprint My laws upon their minds [even upon their innermost thoughts and understanding], And engrave them upon their hearts [effecting their regeneration]. And I will be their God , And they shall be My people.”
Hebrews 8:10 (Amp)
Today we continue in the book of Hebrews, this chapter affirms and reaffirms Jesus Christ as the only way in and through. This Covenant is within us through the power of God’s Spirit, the scripture says, For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel After those days, says the Lord: I will imprint My laws upon their minds [even upon their innermost thoughts and understanding], And engrave them upon their hearts [effecting their regeneration]. And I will be their God, And they shall be My people.
Today as we enter into prayer, let’s reflect on God’s eternal promise, His eternal solution for our eternal salvation. The Lord has provided us a New Covenant through Christ Jesus, a covenant that imprints His laws upon our minds, upon our innermost thoughts and understanding, a new covenant that has engraved the essence of an almighty God within our heart, effecting regeneration and God will be our God and we will be His people.
Let’s reflect in prayer on this magnificent promise, this magnificent solution that once and for all eradicates eternal damnation for those who are in Christ Jesus! Let our prayers remember those, who have not yet come to know Jesus as Lord and Savior, For this is The Covenant!
