“…Those Who Wash Their Robes…”

“Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) are those who wash their robes [in the blood of Christ by believing and trusting in Him—the righteous who do His commandments], so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city.” Revelation 22:14 (Amp)

Today we arrive at the last chapter in Revelations, the last book of the Holy Bible, it tells us many amazing things and about those who wash their robes, the scripture says, Blessed (happy, prosperous, to be admired) are those who wash their robes [in the blood of Christ by believing and trusting in Him—the righteous who do His commandments], so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city.

So today as we go into our prayers, as we reflect on the amazing things of God, let us be mindful of those who wash their robes, those who are blessed, happy, prosperous to be admired, those who wash their robes in the blood of Christ, because they believed and trusted in Him, the righteous who do His commandments to have the right to the tree of life and enter the gates into the city, the New Jerusalem.

Today, let us be grateful that the Lord our God has already made a way for us to be partakers of this New Jerusalem. He has made a way for us to be those who wash their robes in the blood of Christ because we believe and trust, because by grace and through Christ blood we are the righteous who do His commandments and have the right to the tree of life. We will enter the gates into the city, because we are those who wash their robes!
